Tiny Triumphs, Curious Cavapoos & Springtime Prep
Spring is officially in full swing at Briarwood Farms, and with it comes fresh blooms, wagging tails, and some of our sweetest milestones yet.
Let’s start with a miracle. Our tiny NICU micro Bernedoodle puppies—who we weren’t sure would survive—just turned five weeks old and made the big switch from bottle feeding to mush! They are already pee pad trained (yes, overachievers!) and absolutely thriving. We’re so proud of their journey and the fight they’ve shown since day one. Legend, our brave little boy, will stay in our program, while Haven, our gentle girl, will be looking for her forever family in a few weeks. Watching them grow has been an emotional and beautiful experience. They truly are our little miracles.

Meanwhile, over in the puppy nursery, we’ve got a very curious character keeping watch. Ledger, our 12-week-old F1 Cavapoo, has claimed the top of the water jug as his personal observation deck. He climbs up and just… watches. Puppies playing, people cleaning, mush being served—nothing escapes his big, expressive eyes. It’s as if he’s supervising the whole operation. And honestly? We kind of love it.

Outside, we’ve been hard at work sprucing up the property to welcome the season. Flower beds are being refreshed, fresh mulch is down, and colorful blooms are starting to pop around the nursery. And the biggest project of the week? Opening up the pool! Don’t worry—it’s heated, and we’re preparing it for our spring and summer puppies to get their first taste of swimming lessons! Water exposure is a wonderful part of early socialization, and we can’t wait to watch them splash, paddle, and build confidence.
We’re soaking in all the joy this season brings—warm weather, new beginnings, and plenty of puppy kisses.
Until next week,
The Briarwood Farms Family
